REBATE DETAILS: To qualify for the $50 mail-in-rebate: (1) Purchase an eligible SiriusXM radio or tuner (SV7TK1C/ 31566409, SV7-SXMB2C/ 31262842, SXPL1V1C/30876915, SXEZR1V1KC/31566415, SXV300V1C/31667331) from Walmart; (2) Activate the Qualifying Radio or Tuner with a SiriusXM Music & Entertainment or Platinum subscription by 12/31/24; and (3) Maintain at least 60 DAYS OF PAID CONTINUOUS SERVICE on that radio or tuner. If activating the radio with a free trial subscription, you must maintain at least 60-days of paid service after the trial period ends to qualify for the rebate. Credit Card required. Subscriptions and radio hardware sold separately. To Redeem: Visit siriusxm.ca/walmartrebate and register the radio or tuner including customer name, address, proof of purchase and radio ID, or mail the foregoing to ATTN: Walmart Rebate, Sirius XM Canada Inc., 400-135 Liberty Street, Toronto, ON M6K 1A7. Only one rebate per envelope. All requests must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/31/24 or postmarked by 12/31/24 (and received by 1/7/25). Sirius XM Canada Inc.
