Reports to the Regional Manager, Eastern Canada
The District Manager will establish and maintain relationships with automotive dealerships across Canada (New car sales, Pre-Owned and Service departments) with the ultimate goal of maximizing our dealership and end customer experience to increase post-trial sales conversions. The District Manager will be responsible for in person visits across Atlantic Canada and play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with Smaller Scale Dealerships across Canada via email and phone. This includes: providing guidance, training and support to dealers on Sirius XM products and services, tracking dealers metrics and performance, maintaining working knowledge of products and programs, promoting and executing programs via merchandising, marketing initiatives, and sales incentive programs. Success in this role will require a strong focus on results, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to motivate and support dealership teams.

Accountabilities
- Build relationships and strong partnerships with key accounts
- Maximize in Dealer time (40-50% of time)
- Oversee SiriusXM programs and business objectives
- Handle day to day execution of the National Dealer Support program
- Responsible for achieving monthly revenue-generating targets aligned with company KPIs
- Coach dealership personnel on the features and benefits of our SXM programs and the value it provides their clients
- Optimize marketing opportunities
- Facilitate contract processes for pre-owned and service programs
- Provide market trends and analysis from territory
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting of field metrics
- Manage execution of special projects, events and staffing
- Champion SiriusXM new technology
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Level of Education
- College or University degree in related discipline
Job-Related Experience
- 1-3 Years’ Industry Experience in the Automotive Sector is preferred
- Prior experience in customer facing industry is valued
- Work as a Brand Ambassador or Promo Staff would also be an asset
- Experience with outbound calls in both English and French is essential
