Terms and Conditions Change

A. Payment Credentials Change

Effective May 15, 2019, in order to facilitate simpler credit card transactions for our customers, we have added the following section G(11) to our Terms and Conditions:

11. Credentials: A copy of your credentials, which may include your payment card, account number or payment token, will be stored by SiriusXM Canada for future charges. Where possible, we subscribe to services whereby Card Issuers provide us with updated Card Information so that you do not need to update us with new credentials every time they are created. Please check with your Card issuer to determine if your card is eligible for this service.

B. MRF Change

Effective June 19, 2019, we have revised our definition of the MRF in section G(3)(2) of our Terms and Conditions. MRF was previously defined as follows:

Music Royalty and Regulatory Fee (MRF): Subscriptions which include music channels are charged a Music Royalty and Regulatory Fee on each Receiver. For further details on this fee see the FAQs.

The new definition of MRF is the following:
