SiriusXM’s Top of the Country Finalists Take Over SiriusXM Country This Weekend
We’re just a few months away from crowning someone the next big name in Canadian country music!
SiriusXM is handing the reigns of SiriusXM Country over to our three Top of the Country finalists so you can get to know them and their influences before they battle it out during Country Music Week in London, ON. The winner will win $25,000 and the title of SiriusXM’s Top of the Country! Hear stories and songs from Raquel Cole, Tyler Joe Miller, and Kelly Prescott all weekend long, starting at Friday, September 3rd at 6 am ET.

Raquel Cole
A dynamite vocalist, songwriter and guitar slinger to boot! Raquel Cole is a BC native who has toured extensively and opened for artists like Carrie Underwood and Josh Turner. Raquel has found success in writing and claimed her first Billboard Top 10 Country Album song recorded by superstar Marie Osmond. Compelled to always be creating she continues to write and record, but her heart belongs on the road!

Tyler Joe Miller
Tyler Joe Miller continues on his path in Canadian country music with the release of his debut EP Sometimes I Don’t, But Sometimes I Do and the rise of his current single ‘Sometimes I Do’. His gold-certified debut single, ‘Pillow Talkin’’ earned him his first #1 hit, while follow-up track ‘I Would Be Over Me Too’ made him the first independent Canadian country artist to reach #1 with their first two singles.

Kelly Prescott
As a third-generation singer-songwriter from Ottawa, Kelly Prescott spent her formative years cutting her teeth in the music industry and is no stranger to life in a recording studio or on the road. Kelly has shared the stage with such notable names as Terri Clark, Dallas Smith and alongside her musical family, she recently made her impressive Grand Ole Opry debut as a guest of Clark’s.
