Are the Toronto Blue Jays chasing the Rangers, or the Guardians, or the White Sox for an American League wildcard spot? Or all three?
Check out the SiriusXM app for play-by-play channel designations and any changes to the start times.
Saturday, September 5th – 7:10 pm Eastern
Toronto Blue Jays at Kansas City Royals
While the Blue Jays can still grab an American League wildcard spot, the Royals are effectively playing for next year, though they wouldn’t mind playing the role of spoilers along the way. These two teams met up in Toronto during the last week in August.
Sunday, September 6th – 1:10 pm Eastern
Atlanta Braves at Philadelphia Phillies
Talk about a Heavyweight matchup. The Braves and Phillies are the class of the National League East, and both teams have designs on going far in the 2026 post-season. Which probably means these two teams will have to go through each other at some point. Tonight is a good chance to get reacquainted with each other, and the Braves want to keep the Phillies at bay.
Monday, September 7th – 2:10 pm Eastern
Chicago Cubs at Milwaukee Brewers
The Best of the NL Central go at it this afternoon in Wisconsin, with no doubt a healthy number of Cubs’ fans making the short trip up from the Windy City. The Brewers have been jockeying with the Los Angeles Dodgers for the best record in all of Major League Baseball, and both the Brewers and the Cubs should be in the post-season that gets less than a month underway from now.
Tuesday, September 8th – 7:05 pm Eastern
Colorado Rockies at New York Yankees
It’s been another season to forget for the Mile High Boys, who take their low-flying act to Yankee Stadium to take on a New York team that believes they can still overtake the front-running Tampa Bay Rays. This should be an automatic win for the home team, but then again, on any given Tuesday…
Wednesday, September 9th – 3:05 pm Eastern
Toronto Blue Jays at Athletics
The Blue Jays take their drive to capture a wildcard spot (catchy slogan) to the wilds of West Sacramento to take on the once Oakland/Kansas City/Philadelphia Athletics in this early mid-week start. The A’s are expected to relocate to Las Vegas in time for the 2028 regular season.
Thursday, September 10th – 12:15 pm Eastern
Tampa Bay Rays at Atlanta Braves
Now this matinee would make for a great World Series! Both teams have enjoyed successful campaigns so far, but the real test awaits them in the postseason. Both the Rays and Braves will most likely end up in the top spot in their respective divisions.
