Designed for dealers, our Refresh Program drives customer loyalty by ensuring your pre-owned customers drive off the lot with their complimentary 3-month Platinum trial turned on and working. This includes over 150 channels of expertly curated, ad-free music, sports, news, comedy and talk. The Platinum trial also includes access to the SiriusXM app, with even more channels (and podcasts!) to listen online, on the go, or at home on compatible connected devices.

As long as the radio has been refreshed, the trial will be ready-to-go and completely hassle-free for your customers—no credit card required. Plus, if you partner with us to refresh your vehicles, you will be entered to win monthly Refresh to Win prizes.

Refresh to win

Get ready to elevate your business with our newly updated “Refresh to Win” program! Now, to qualify for a chance to win exclusive prizes, dealers must refresh at least 50% of their vehicles each month.

Dealers who meet this requirement will be entered to win one of three co-branded jackets for your entire sales team! It’s simple: the more you refresh, the higher your chances to win.

Make sure to stay on top of your refresh rate and seize the opportunity to reward yourself with amazing prizes each month! Monthly winners will be announced on our social channels so be sure to follow us @SiriusXMAuto.

How it works

  • Dealers must be enrolled in the Pre-owned Program.
  • Once active in the Program, sales/inventory records will automatically be submitted enabling your customers to receive the 3-month trial.
  • A signal refresh will be required and will activate a 9-month dealer demo subscription on all SiriusXM-equipped vehicles.
  • Radios can be refreshed 48 hours after a vehicle is placed in inventory. Refreshing does not start the trial.
  • Each radio refresh completed by the dealerships is an entry to win monthly prizes. The more refreshes completed, the more entries to win!
  • Once the vehicle is sold, the 3-month customer trial will automatically begin.

Refresh how to

Step 1: Open your SiriusXM Dealer Tool app.

Step 2: Make sure SiriusXM is switched ON in the vehicle.

Step 3: Scan the VIN barcode located inside the driver’s side door or enter the radio ID/ESN.

Step 4: Allow between 30 seconds and 5 minutes for the radio to sync.
