Give your customers the best SiriusXM has to offer. All SiriusXM-equipped new and eligible pre-owned vehicles* come with a free Platinum trial subscription.

Set up your customers for the best experience

New vehicles

Most new vehicles are factory activated, which means they will arrive on your lot fully functional. The Demo Service will automatically convert to a consumer account with a trial via the Retail Delivery Record process. If a vehicle radio is not active, use the Dealer Tool app to resend the radio signal.

Pre-owned vehicles

Refresh the radio 48 hours after the vehicle is placed into inventory, or any time prior to delivery. The Demo Service will transition seamlessly into the 3-month Platinum trial subscription, which automatically starts after a sold record is received. To refresh the radio signal, use the Dealer Tool app.

For the optimum SiriusXM trial experience, follow these quick steps for new customer delivery:

Offer that extra level of personalization by presetting your customers’ channels before delivery.

The SiriusXM app

Remind customers that they can listen beyond the car — the SiriusXM app is included in their trial. Details on streaming registration will be included in their welcome communications.

The simple and easy-to-use scanner captures VIN barcodes to resend a signal, ensuring the radio is active for test drives and vehicle delivery.
