What is an Extended Service Plan?
An Extended Service Plan1 may be included with the purchase or lease of a new SiriusXM equipped GM vehicle. This plan includes 3 years of premium service – plus SiriusXM with 360L – in your vehicle as well as on the SiriusXM app. Use our Vehicle Availability tool to check for additional SiriusXM features that may be available in your vehicle.
Does my trial or extended service plan automatically renew?
No. Your trial or extended service plan is yours to enjoy for the duration; there are no strings attached. Of course, we hope you’ll love it so much you choose to subscribe to keep enjoying all our great programming. See Packages and Pricing.
How do I send a refresh signal to my radio?
If you’re not receiving all the channels you should be getting with your trial or extended service plan, your radio may need a refresh signal. With your Radio ID or VIN handy, text the word RESEND to 88518 or obtain a refresh signal online.

How do I find SiriusXM On Demand content in my vehicle?
To find On Demand content, tap the Browse Icon (4 squares) on the top left corner of the screen. Then select the category (e.g. “Music”), then a Genre (e.g. “Pop”) you prefer.
How do I find my Radio ID?
There are 2 ways to find your Radio ID. For most radios, the Radio ID will be displayed by tuning to channel 0. You can also find your Radio ID by pressing the Option button on your vehicle’s center console, then select the Subscribe button to view the SiriusXM Contact Information and Radio ID.
What is the recommended “For You” feature on SiriusXM?
The “For You” screen shows personalized recommendations of channels and On Demand content based on your listening preferences. To see your personalized recommendations, tap the Browse Icon.
What is the “Related” Feature on SiriusXM?
Like what you’re hearing? Tap “Related” on the right of your screen to find other channels and On Demand shows that feature programming similar to what you’re tuned in to at any given moment.
