You can purchase a subscription online or by calling 1-866-635-5027.
If you recently traded in or sold your vehicle with SiriusXM service, you can easily transfer your subscription or add another radio to your existing account online or by calling Customer Care at 1-888-539-7474. Make sure you have the Radio ID or VIN of your new car handy.
The 12-character Radio ID is found by tapping on Primary > Settings > Applications > SiriusXM > System Settings > Radio ID.
Yes. The SiriusXM service utilizes the cellular data connectivity that is embedded in your Lucid vehicle. If you are in an area with poor cellular data service, SiriusXM (and other media apps) may not function as desired.
No. Your Lucid vehicle includes data connectivity to listen to SiriusXM.
